Two assessments of the home is required to access the grants made available under the  Greener Homes Loan program.

The first enables the advisor to model your home and apply upgrades to your home within the software.  Reports are generated to help prioritize the upgrades for energy savings.

The second confirms the upgrades and is used to qualify for the loan.

It costs nothing to talk. 

Asking questions helps clarify what benefits are available to you to help you reach your goals.

If it is not beneficial, I will tell you.

Most importantly, what you do is your decision.  Never feel you have to do something just because it is recommended.
