The OESP is an Ontario Energy Board (OEB) program that lowers electricity bills for lower-income households. Free Home Energy Upgrades for Qualifying Households
Through the Save On Energy Program it is also possible to qualify for free upgrades for your home. These may include free replacement lightbulbs, certain appliances plus attic and basement insulation. (Some program restrictions apply)
